Internet connection
An internet connection of at least 2Mbit is recommended.
With a larger number of users (> 20) and large amounts of data, more bandwidth may be required. If you use a terminal server connection or if there is a lot of data traffic in your company via the same Internet connection (e.g. employees listening to web radio), this can affect the operating speed of Scopevisio without Scopevisio being able to influence it
System
Scopevisio has the following system requirements:
PC with Windows 10 operating system or higher
The processor of your hardware is 64-bit capable(note on 64-bit)
64-bit drivers are available on your hardware
Intel-based Mac with MacOS: 11 or higher
Recommended minimum screen resolution: 1280 x 1024
Free RAM: 1 GB
Free hard disc space: 500 MB
Browser: current, HTML5-capable versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Apple Safari
