The following widgets are available (depending on your licence and rights)

Updates and releases of files and documents are listed chronologically.

All saved favourites in the order of the favourites menu are displayed in this widget. You can save each form as a favourite by right-clicking on the form tab and naming it individually. Please note that you can also save documents in DMS Teamwork as favourites.

The "Open customer invoices" widget either displays all open invoices for the reporting year as a complete view or only the overdue items divided into time ranges: within 30 days, within 60 days and over 60 days.

The top customers view shows your top-selling customers of the selected year with the corresponding turnover.

In the Offers widget, select the relevant year and an overall view (left) or a history (right).

Here you can see a summary of the open supplier invoices for the selected year.

The "Orders" widget provides an overview of all open orders for the selected year

The "Cash and cash equivalents" view requires a selection of the desired accounts. These can be added to and customised at any time by making settings in the widget itself.

In this widget, you can get an overview of your liquidity - i.e. your cash and cash equivalents added to the outstanding customer invoices, minus your outstanding supplier invoices. A link to the liquidity overview provides further details.

An overview of all top suppliers of the selected year. Via the linked supplier, you can jump directly to the account and get a detailed overview.

All contacts are listed in the address book widget. You can filter your search directly in the widget by entering a name or similar to display only the desired details.

The upcoming birthdays of your contacts stored in Scopevisio are clearly listed.

The Reminders widget displays your tasks. The tasks are sorted separately into overdue and due tasks. While the overdue tasks are sorted according to priority, the due tasks are sorted according to the distance to the due date or the resubmission date, whichever is shorter.
Only overdue, high-priority tasks receive a red icon, the due tasks with normal and low priority are grey, all others are yellow (due + high, overdue + medium, overdue + low).

The projects widget displays projects with the corresponding lead. The projects displayed are sorted first by priority and then by project type (sales projects, customer projects, other projects).
The personal filters for the project status under My Scopevisio > Search are taken into account, regardless of this, projects with the status "Finished" are never displayed in the widget.

First or later, select the company for which the bookings are to be displayed in the widget settings.

The number of pending bookings for the selected company is displayed in the summary.

Select the desired report via the settings and configure the corresponding periods for display.

Track currently created potentials and maintain an overview.

In the "Latest events" widget, you can quickly gain an impression of the current activities in your company.

Keep an eye on your sales activities across all or individual employees with this widget for closing probabilities.
