Overview of the settings in My Scopevisio

You can change and adjust many settings for specific users if the default value does not match your working behaviour.

You can access your individual configurationsby clicking on the S icon at the top left (system menu) and calling up My Scopevisio or by clicking on your user name (top right) and calling up the account settings. The form offers the selection of General, Search, Export and Advanced on the left.

  1. Create a desktop shortcut.

  2. InstallMS Office Connector or start the mobile"2GO" applications .

  3. Use Select company to specify the company in which you want to start the programme.

  4. Set your customised My Menu and My Collections menus as standard menus.

  5. activate the new menu ribbon and decide whether you want the previous menu tree to continue to be displayed or not.

  6. define the behaviour when closing Scopevisio, the forms and the files in process.

  7. customise the display of the transaction overview.

  8. Amounts in the amount fields can be entered with or without a comma. In the setting without a decimal point, the last two digits of the number are automatically treated as a decimal value. Set the Amount entries with/without decimal point field accordingly.

  1. Make settings regarding the Scopen function. For example, you can restrict the search results of the intelligent search by specifying that only documents with a document date in the last month or year are displayed in the search results.

  2. Define settings regarding the behaviour of the selection lists. This affects selectors in many areas (time recording, billing, travel expenses).

Specify,

  1. Whether data such as user and date are also output in an "Easy export"

  2. Where this header data is printed.

  3. In which encoding the csv export takes place

  4. Whether a direct printout should be made from your PDF viewer.

Here you can:

  1. Activate the dialling function for Windows TAPI. In contacts with a stored telephone number, a telephone receiver icon appears in the top right-hand corner. A click on the desired telephone number connects you to the person you are calling. The prerequisite is the use of a PC-supported telephone system that supports this function (e.g. ESTOS ProCall).

  2. Activate two-factor authentication(2FA) for your user. This significantly increases the level of security - we strongly recommend using it.

  3. change your password or e-mail address (user ID).

  4. whether fully assigned bank transactions are skipped at "Transfer and next" when running through bank transactions.

  5. whether fixed assets should be entered directly after the incoming invoice has been posted.

  6. which period should be displayed when drilling down into the account sheet.

  7. which authorisations for comments you grant to other users.
    For reasons of transparency and traceability, editing and deleting should not be permitted for other users.
