Tables with and without work lists

Updated over 2 months ago

Scopevisio knows two ways to save the customisation of tables.

Tables without a worklist header

If there is no worklist selection above the table, Scopevisio saves the selected columns and their arrangement on your local computer. One example is the (booking) journal. However, values in filter fields are not saved.

You can find out how to move, show and work with columns at
in the basic article on tables.

Tables with worklist header

Many tables (document worklist, open items, invoice receipt book) have the modern worklist concept with important filter fields above the table. You can save the status of these filters, the table columns displayed and their arrangement, as well as the content of the filter above the table itself, under a worklist name.

This makes it possible to save different states under meaningful names as a worklist and to start with a favoured standard list.

The drop-down (in the image: New incoming invoices) allows you to select the worklist, the plus symbol opens a form in which a new worklist can be saved or an existing list can be updated. In the following example, the "Hidden" column has been added to the invoice receipt book and filtered to the value "No".

After selecting the previously used worklist, it can be updated and saved.

Alternatively, a new list could have been created via Add.
