Belege2Go / Receipt portal

Belege2Go is the mobile app for collaboration between client and tax advisor or cash management and document backup using mobile devices. The receipt portal is basically the same application, but is executed in the Scopevisio client, i.e. usually on an office computer.

Authorisations for Belege2Go

Necessary licences

The Belege2Go licence is available for Scopevisio Business and Enterprise and can be purchased separately as a product in the shop. Logging into Belege2Go is possible with this licence.

To use the other functionalities, additional licences are required (e.g. a FINANCIAL licence to use the cash register).

These restrictions can be found in the respective web services. Belege2Go is included in:

  • Teamwork DMS Enterprise

  • Billing Enterprise

  • Finance Enterprise

Necessary profiles

Select System menu > System administration > User administration > Profiles and rights to give Belege2Go users the appropriate rights.

Here you can select, assign and edit user profiles as required. Or you can create new ones, e.g. by duplicating an existing profile and modifying it accordingly.

The screenshot shows the open cash register sheet of the main cash register.

Outlets

All outgoing invoices are clearly displayed in the Outgoing invoicesmenu item.

  1. You can create a new invoice using the New button.

  2. The invoice recipient is highlighted with a link that takes you to contact management. There you can view your virtual customer file with all the associated information.

  3. The invoice PDF is also linked.

  4. You can use the action button to write an email to the invoice recipient or create a task.

Create new invoice

The New button opens the following form in which you can create invoices. Select New again here to add invoice items.

Invoice details

After saving via the disc symbol, a detailed view of the new invoice appears.

At the top right are icons for printing or editing. Select the printer to generate a PDF of the invoice or the edit function to return to the entry screen and make changes

Clicking on an invoice that has already been entered also opens the detailed view.

Tap on Receipt to add a receipt from Teamwork (1) or on Comment to enter a comment (2). The comment type can be selected (3). Afterwards, please do not forget to save.

Invoice dispatch or immediate payment

Use the printer symbol to create an invoice PDF. The following screen opens with the following options:

  • Open the invoice,

  • send it directly by e-mail

  • enter an immediate payment. With an immediate payment, the customer pays the invoice in cash on the spot.

  • or credit the invoice.

Sending an invoice

If you select Send, your standard e-mail programme opens with a prepared text and the invoice is attached as a link.

Immediate payment

If your customer would like to pay the invoice directly in cash, select the Instant payment link. You will be forwarded directly to the checkout function, where you can enter and save the cash receipt directly and issue a receipt if necessary.

Receipts

Select the Incoming invoicesmenu item to enter incoming invoices.
