Assign employees

In contact management, it is important to link employees to the companies in which they work (employers).

You usually do this directly when creating a contact. This section describes how you can also do this retrospectively.

Open your contact list via Contacts > All contacts.

Use CTRL+click to select the company and the person who is to be assigned to it as an employee. Then click on Assign employee.

You can also assign several employees in one step.
