You can access the settings form via the System menu > Settings or Organisation > Administration > Settings. It combines all personal, company-wide and instance-wide settings.
The settings currently only map existing forms, which is why the specific settings can be found there.
After being called up, the settings start in a floating window - this can be converted to a standard form via Show in tab (1). This also always happens when another form is called up directly from the settings.
The search is immediately active (2), the full text search accesses categories and group headings, among other things. The contents are then divided into the General area (3) and the functional areas (4).
We offer various visual aids (5) for orientation:
The actively selected path can be recognised by the blue border on the left (in the image Sales > General).
The symbol
means that clicking on it will take you to another form.
If the change is made directly in the settings form, a blue dot (in the image: Use 2-step forecast) indicates a value that differs from the initial or last saved value. This makes it easy to check for multiple changes on a page before saving.
The familiar functions Update and Save (6) are available in the usual place.
