The AI Agent SIA supports you directly at help.scopevisio.com.
It answers your questions about Scopevisio software quickly, clearly and around the clock.


What the AI Agent can do

  • You ask a question in simple language.

  • The AI Agentsearches the knowledge database and provides you with the right answer.

  • It gives you step-by-step instructions, definitions or links to further articles.

  • It supports you in everyday processes such as accounting, master data management, procurement, projects or CRM.


How to use the AI Agent

  1. Ask your question in the chat window, for example:

    • "How do I import orders?"

    • "Where can I find my receipts?"

    • "How do I customise the master data?"

  2. Read the answer and follow the suggested steps.

  3. If you need more details, click on the link to the relevant help document.


Activating Cookies

The AI Agent SIA only works if cookies have been accepted. If the chat does not appear or does not work:

  1. Click on the cookie icon or the UserCentrics dialog (at the bottom left of the browser)

  2. Select "Accept all cookies" or at least activate the cookies required for Intercom/Chat

  3. Reload the page

Tips for your questions

  • Formulate your question as specifically as possible.

  • Ask several short questions in succession rather than one very long one.

  • If you receive an unclear answer, try a different formulation.
