Voucher layouts for time recording are a special case. They are uploaded and processed in a different way.

Select (new ribbon: Organization >) OpenScope > Import/Export > Manage document layouts.

Then display all layouts.

Search for the Time accounting statement template.

Use the Save as button to download the template to your local computer. There you can adapt it to your requirements as described in the sections Individual document layout and the following.

Select OpenScope > Import/Export > Manage document layouts and click on the Edit button. You can use the Upload button to select your layout on your local storage and then upload it.
