Define company details for quick layout

Define company details for the quick document layout in Scopevisio: enter address, logo and contact information used on invoices and other receipts.

When you send invoices or other receipts, you want them to look individual. This is what the document layouts in Scopevisio are for.

Layout creation options

You can create document layouts quickly (fig. left) or individually (fig. right). You can see the differences in the illustration below. Both methods are described here and in the next article.

Company details

Click on Organization > Master data > Document layouts: Define company details for quick layout.

The details of your company (sender) are taken from the data you entered when setting up your company.

In the Footer text section, you will find several entries that begin with a $ sign. These are text modules. They are replaced by the corresponding data when the documents are output. For example, if you only have one bank account instead of two, delete the text module $Bank account2.
