Have you already had your first experience with Scopevisio with a trial version and would now like to become a customer? Nothing could be easier - here we explain what you need to do in just a few steps.

Your 30-day trial version is about to expire and you have decided to continue working with Scopevisio in the future. Call up your instance and click on the blue bar prominently located below the menu bar.

If you have clicked away the blue bar, close your instance and reopen it - the blue bar is there again.

The tariff configurator will open. First check the contract term, the billing frequency and the number of users.

Then select the basic licences (Organisation + others). You can then add professional functions to these licences. These are based on certain licences, so you cannot use the "Asset Accounting" add-on without activating the "Finance" area.

You can enter the shop area by clicking on Add to shopping basket and start a 30-day test period for previously unused areas by clicking on Extend test scope.

If not yet available, complete all mandatory fields marked in yellow in the billing address and payment information area. Agree to the SEPA direct debit mandate by ticking the box. Once you have entered all the details, check the quantities in the shopping basket again and then click on "Continue".

In the next step, you will be asked to check your details one last time for correctness and to confirm that you have read the terms and conditions.

If all other details are correct, click on "Activate subject to charge". Your instance is now activated!
