How do I change my user ID/email address in Teamwork?

If you have a new email address due to a name or provider change, you can edit your user ID yourself with just a few clicks, without having to go through an administrator. The second step is to customise your Teamwork login so that you can also access your existing Teamwork with this new email address.

Go to System menu > My Scopevisio.

Under Advanced, click on the Change user ID link.

Enter your new email address and save.

Then confirm your new email address from your email programme by following the link.

The next time you log in, you will need to update your Teamwork login, as your new user ID and your old email address still stored in Teamwork will now be different.

To do this, go to System menu > My Scopevisio > Advanced and click on the link Change email address in Teamwork.

If you are a user in several instances and companies, tick the box in the pop-up window to save yourself additional manual work.

Confirm with "Yes".

Your Teamwork login has now been adapted to your new user ID.
