App settings
You will find the Settings option in the main menu. There you can:
change the client,
Show removed files,
and Activate or deactivate Load original files.
How the options work
Option | Option Description |
Show removed files | Displays known documents offline (cannot be opened). |
Load original files | Loads the original file in addition to the preview, e.g. Excel files for further processing. |
Note:
Files downloaded with the app are only accessible within the TEAMWORK app - not via the general file explorer or "Downloads" folder.
Storage and synchronisation behaviour
Documents downloaded offline are stored locally in encrypted form.
When you go online again, the changes are synchronised automatically.
The app also updates metadata (comments, versions, keywords) in the background.
Offline availability
By downloading a collection, you make documents available offline.
As soon as there is an internet connection, the app synchronises all changes automatically.
