Report folder

You can create your reports automatically at set intervals. These reports are then stored in the report folder and can be called up, marked as checked or removed.

Finding a report folder

Select Finance > Reports > Accounting > Reports & folders / Report folder.

The report folder lists your planned reports. But how do you get reports into your report folder? You can read about this in the next section.

Schedule reports

Under Finance > Reports > Finance, open the report for which you want to create a report plan. You can also export the customised cost calculations via report planning. You can access this under Finance > Controlling > Cost accounting .

Filter the table and customise it as you wish. Then click the printer symbol on the table. The selection menu for the table export opens.

The previously selected report is specified in the Report planning for display.

  1. Enter a unique name for the report plan in the Name field.

  2. The report plan is activated by default so that the reports are generated. You can also pause the plan using the Activated checkbox if you do not tick this box.

  3. Under Starts on and Creation time, specify when the first report should be created.

  4. Then use the option buttons under Periodicity to select the frequency at which the report should be created.

  5. If required, specify when the regular creation of reports should end. Otherwise, the report will be created until you deactivate or delete it.

  6. Finally, you can choose between different output formats.

Generated reports are displayed under Finances > Reports > Accounting > Reports & folders > Report folder and can be opened, marked as checked or removed there.

Reports in FINANZ2GO

If you want to access your reports while travelling, open FINANZ2GO on your smartphone or tablet.

Here too, you have full access to the reports you have created.

Log in at https://www.scopevisio.com/ and select Reports > Report folder. You will now see an overview of all the reports you have created.

With a corresponding Office app, you can also display and edit the Excel tables on your end device.

Change report planning

Under Finance > Reports > Accounting > Reports & folders > Report folder, you can access your reports via the Edit report schedules link. Here you can select the individual reports and edit the associated settings such as the periodicity or the end of the report.

Generate test report

You have the option of generating test reports for each of the planned reports.

  1. Select Finance > Reports > Accounting > Reports & folders > Report folder.

  2. Click on the Edit report schedules link.

  3. Select the report plan for which you want to create a test report.

  4. Click on Create test report.

The report is generated and displayed in the report folder. You will also receive a confirmation message.

  • Earnings

  • Investments

  • Liquidity Cash & banks

  • Due dates for debtors/creditors

  • Totals and balances list

  • Business analyses
