In addition to sales projects, Scopevisio offers various other project types for project organisation in your company - this facilitates structuring, quick access to content and ultimately processing. The various project categories are briefly presented here.

Scopevisio sales projects are created from the main function Sales under the main function element Opportunities and are an instrument for managing sales along the sales pipeline. They make it possible to map several sales processes for one and the same contact in parallel.

Customer projects are part of the main Projects function and are the default setting for new projects to be created. They grant different views of a project and therefore represent two different roles: Execution and billing. Different information is relevant for these two roles.

For a customer project, you can select sales order, delivery, order processing, order fulfilment and service provision as the project type.

There are no specific roles for the investment, development, consulting, organisational, social and other project categories. The differentiation is merely for better structuring and facilitates billing.

The non-specific project type Other is available in all categories.

An investment project focusses on property, plant and equipment. Financial resources are converted into tangible fixed assets.

You can choose between the following project types: Construction, Production, Information Technologies and Rationalisation.

A development project is usually set up in the area of research and development. It serves to expand the current state of research and to gain new, as yet unavailable knowledge.

Select this project category to create a project from the following areas: Research & Development, Innovation, Project or Production Development.

With a consulting project, services can be planned and invoiced according to their specific characteristics.

The following project types are available for this project category: agency, management consultancy, tax consultancy and financial consultancy.

An organisational project deals with the organisational and/or operational structures of an organisational unit.

The following project types are available for this purpose: organisational development, strategy, quality, training and further training and outsourcing.

In a social project, you can create projects in the areas of culture, company events and social commitment.

You classify projects that do not fit into any of the other categories as other projects.
