In addition to sales projects, Scopevisio offers various other project types for project organisation in your company - this facilitates structuring, quick access to content and ultimately processing. Differentiated project number ranges make it easier to allocate the various costs to the projects and thus bill them more accurately.
Select Organisation > Master data > Projects > Edit project number ranges.
You define the name of the project number ranges by selecting fixed elements such as project abbreviations and combining these with variable elements, e.g. time or counter components, to create unique sequences. After activating the function in the project settings of the master data, the customised number ranges are available to you.
