Invoice receipt book - settings and configuration

The "Invoice receipt settings" form is the control centre for all processes relating to invoice receipt. To access it, you need the "Invoice receipt book" authorisation.

Select System menu > Manage accounting > Invoice receipt book settings.
Alternatively, you can access this form via the other actions from the overview of incoming invoices as well as in the processing mode of an individual incoming invoice.

It is divided into three areas: Settings, Approvals and Rules.
