Roles and rights for procurement

With our concept of rights and roles, you have the option of giving all colleagues and employees access to the necessary forms.

We have therefore created user profiles for standard functions. These profiles can be customised according to the requirements of your company and you can of course also define additional profiles and assign rights.

Our authorisation profiles support the following roles: Purchaser, Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Clerk, Internal Sales, Internal Requests/Requirements Notification Setup (Administrator).

The following authorisations are assigned in relation to the current forms:
