Organization > Administration > Under the section User administration: Manage users
A form appears in which you can easily invite additional users by e-mail. To do this, press Add
Fill in the fields for the user and assign the corresponding license .
You can choose between a full license for the desktop client with all functions and a license for the Scopevisio2GO mobile applications. If you no longer have a free license, you can book additional licenses via the integrated store.
In the User profiles section, you can select a suitable profile with the associated rights. With the exception of the "Companies and users" profile, profiles are linked to a company. "Companies and users" applies to your entire instance and is therefore valid for all companies. This profile corresponds to an administrator profile.
The user receives an e-mail with a link to log in to Scopevisio. At the same time, they are displayed as a new user in Scopevisio.
As soon as the new user has logged in, their status in the user list changes from Invited to Active.
