General marketing and sales settings

  • Use lead management
    You can activate or deactivate the Lead project role in the sales project. If the Lead role is deactivated, it is no longer available as a menu item in the menu. Columns belonging to the lead in all tables and overviews are no longer visible.

  • Use sales potential
    The setting activates or deactivates the billing document type Potential

Forecast

  • Initial probability for new potentials
    Set the percentage you require.

  • Initial probability for new offers
    Set the percentage you require.

  • use 2-stage forecast
    If the function is active, the sales manager can evaluate potential and offers with their own probability.

  • Use as-if-sold
    An as-if-sold analysis does not take place if the function is deactivated.

  • As-if-sold observation period
    Specify the period of your as-if-sold values in months.

Potentials and offers - mandatory fields

  • Decision date is mandatory
    Specify whether the decision date is a mandatory field in the offer and potential.

  • Sales project is mandatory in the potential
    Specify whether an assigned sales project is mandatory in the potential.

  • Sales project is mandatory in the offer
    Specify whether an assigned sales project is considered mandatory in the offer.
