In accordance with the GDPdU, you must provide the tax authorities with your accounting data in a format that can be processed by the tax authority's IDEA software. To do this, your data is imported by the tax authorities via a manufacturer-specific interface (HSS) that Scopevisio has commissioned.

The IDEA export form opens via Organisation > OpenScope > Import & Export > Manage exports > Export IDEA (GDPdU data) financial accounting data .

First click on the Postings checkbox (1) to be able to narrow down the period of the transaction data (2).

Most of the checkboxes lead to the export of master data, simply select the required content.Use the Export button (3) to write the data to the storage location you have selected.

Before exporting, we recommend checking the description of the tax keys under Tax matrix > Edit tax keys. This will make it easier for the tax auditors to categorise the data in the technical context.
