Purpose

You can see all activities, documents and tasks that are assigned to a customer or vendor via the transaction data.
This allows you to fully track processes.

SEPA mandates

Overview and management of direct debit mandates (debtors only)

Billing documents

Only visible for debtors - shows invoices and credit notes

Incoming invoices

Only for creditors - shows the invoices and credit notes received


Recommendations for use

  • Check the transaction data regularly to ensure complete histories.

  • Link new documents directly to the contact to avoid manual rework.

  • Use comments or general information to document internal agreements in a traceable manner.
