Standardised postings can be generated using pre-configured business transactions. The pre-assignment also enables users with little accounting knowledge to enter data.
After selecting a business transaction (1), the yellow mandatory fields are entered. The opposite side of the posting is always made against a defined account (2).
The business transaction function is no longer actively supported since 2020, we recommend switching to batch entry, possibly with document type selection. The data generated by business transactions is still available in full, as it is only a data entry screen.
