Scopevisio includes a cash book with which you can work in compliance with GoBD and map the typical office cash register or event cash register. With the KASSE2GO and BELEGE2GO apps, this is also available to mobile users.
Basics of the cash registers
The cash register function comprises one or more cash books and the transfer of all data to the integrated financial accounting system or an export via the Datev interface.
The cash book in turn consists of individual cash sheets. There is only ever one open, editable cash sheet per cash register. If a cash sheet is closed, the data from this cash sheet can be transferred to financial accounting so that no data has to be entered multiple times.
The recorded cash transactions can be edited, checked and posted there.
You can use the cash register overview to create cash registers, set default values and enter cash movements.
Under Cash sheets, you will find an overview of the cash sheets and can transfer completed sheets to the financial accounting.
