If, e.g. for operational reasons, a temporary suspension of automatic invoice generation is desired, not just for individual invoices but for all recurring invoices, the mass change now makes this possible. The new functionality can be called up from the overview of recurring invoices.

By displaying the "Automatic generation" column there, a quick overview of the active automatic invoice generation is provided. With the release of the "Mass change" feature, this can be activated or deactivated with one click using the above column, even for large quantities of recurring invoices.

To select several individual invoices, hold down the CTRL key and select them. If you want to change the status of a contiguous block of invoices, select only the first and last while holding down the Shift key. Then select the desired action by left-clicking on the small grey arrow.

With the option of adjusting the date of a cancellation posting, the cancellation can now be deliberately scheduled. Against the background of booking periods that may have been closed in the meantime (or notifications that have been made), this option provides significantly more flexibility in cancellation processing. The specification of the cancellation date is initially available for cancellations from the journal.

As is already possible for collections, feature set 93 extends the functionality of folders. This makes it easy to grant external users access:

Right-click on the desired folder to access the "Create link" menu item. If you select this, you will be offered further options to customise the external link before you can conveniently send it from Scopevisio.

The collection and folder affiliation of documents in Teamwork can also be tracked in the Scopevisio Client from feature set 93 using the side search function. Search results are displayed as a path with the higher-level collection and folder structure.

In this detail, the DMS behaviour in the Scopevisio Client is more closely aligned with the Teamwork web client:
comments now refer specifically to the document version stored in each case. This makes it easier to map correction cycles, for example - comments remain with the version concerned and there is no mixing across document versions.
