Overview of basic data
Select Organisation > Master data > Contacts > Manage basic data.
The basic data listed here applies to the entire company. Updates are provided by Scopevisio AG in the background, the update is carried out by the user.
Updating basic data (Update)
With the version information, you will occasionally receive a message that a new update is available for tax offices and bank sort codes or other basic data. Import this via Further actions (three-dot menu in the ribbon) > Update basic data > Perform update.
Simplify this process by ticking "Perform automatic update (recommended)".
