To use Scopevisio time recording and time accounting optimally and effectively, first adjust your settings.
Settings for time recording
We recommend the following steps before using Scopevisio Time Recording and Time Accounting:
The company you are billing time to should be created as a customer in Scopevisio.
The services to be invoiced should be created in the master data in the product catalogue.
We also assume that you want to record times on projects or orders and that you have already created these.
Call up the time recording settings under Organisation > Administration > Function connection: Manage time recording or under Organisation > Time recording > Further actions: Time recording settings .
Specify whether time entries can follow on directly from one another.
Pre-define the time frame of your standard working day.
If you regularly start your time entries at a specific time, record this here, as well as the usual duration of your entries.
Specify colours for the display of time entries in the calendar.
Determine the rounding behaviour here.
Pre-assign further fields.
Filter settings for projects and orders, reduces the number of items available for selection.
Filter settings for orders, reduces the number of points available for selection.
If you define orders as a mandatory field, time entries without an order cannot be saved.
If you set the service as a mandatory field, time entries without a service cannot be saved.
