Basic navigation in Scopevisio - Procurement example
Introduction
In the Procurement module of Scopevisio, the structure and display of the menu bar has changed. These changes are intended to provide clear navigation between individual work steps and forms. The aim is to provide users with a clear structure for processing and organising procurement processes.
Prerequisites
The Procurement module is included in the licence scope.
The user has the necessary access rights to use the procurement functions.
An active Internet connection and a valid Scopevisio user account are available.
Menu bar and process bar
After calling up procurement, a menu bar with buttons appears, which enables access to the various sub-areas.
Below this is the process bar, which is divided into individual segments. When you move the mouse pointer over a segment (mouseover), the number of documents contained and the totals of the respective valuesare displayed. This gives you a quick overview of the current processing status of the procurement processes.
Worklist view
A button in the menu bar opens a new page with an overview of all forms that correspond to the respective call. This overview is called a worklist in Scopevisio.
Various functions are available in the worklist:
Filter options: General filters can be set at header level. Filters can also be defined at column level to further narrow down the view.
Column arrangement: Columns can be rearranged by clicking in the top row. Columns can be hidden or additional columns can be shown via the context menu.
Customised views: The customised display can be saved as a worklist. This allows different views to be prepared for different questions.
Commands and buttons
The central commands are located at the bottom of the worklist (from left to right):
Add: Opens a new view for entering a single form.
Edit: Opens the selected form from the overview in the single view.
Delete/Remove: Removes the selected form from the overview.
Structure of a form
Each form in Procurement has a similar structure:
Addressee: Selection from the existing contacts.
Date fields: Can be pre-assigned or adjusted manually.
Items: Products can be added from product management using the Add button (bottom left). A product line is deleted completely with Remove.
Save: The Save, Temporary save or Save current entries functions are located at the bottom right.
Process progress: To the left of the save functions is the Transfer to (next step) button. This completes the current process step and transfers all information to the subsequent process.
The relationship between the forms is also visualised via the predecessor and successor forms shown at the top right or in the middle. In this way, the process flow remains traceable at all times.
Conclusion
The structured navigation via the menu bar, process bar and work lists makes it easier to work efficiently in Scopevisio. It provides clear orientation and enables direct access to relevant information and functions.
