While the fixed asset schedule is based on the structure of the balance sheet, the inventory list offers a flatter and sometimes clearer presentation.
By default, the fixed assets are grouped according to the G/L account number. This grouping can be changed by right-clicking on the header of the column with the desired criterion. Right-clicking on Cost center and selecting Group by column results in an inventory list by cost center.
